The MI10 cracker-winnower machine is a machine made of stainless steel and in compliance with the Machinery Directive 2016/42/EC. The operation is practical and fast: the cocoa beans are crumbled obtaining, through a sophisticated ventilation system and in separate drawers, the grain and a waste product derived from the crushing of the peels. The machine has the ability to adjust the grain production mode according to the size of the oilseeds inserted. The MI10 was born mainly to work with cocoa beans: it defilms and cutterizes the roasted cocoa beans up to a diameter of about 2/3 mm and up to a maximum of 10kg/h. Same performance for toasted peanut without shell (split the skins), pistachio, hazelnut. A single step is sufficient because, being raw materials composed of a percentage of fat, they would risk mixing in the discharge chute. The MI30 is equal in size to the MI10 but with a roller group that is double motorized and more performing, consequently it can work up to a maximum of 30kg//h.
